Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community and welcome your furry companions! Below is our pet policy to ensure the comfort and safety of all residents and their pets:

General Guidelines

• Pet Limit: A maximum of two (2) pets per apartment/home is allowed.
• Pet Screening: All pets must complete and pass a pet screening process prior to approval. This ensures that all pets are healthy and suitable for our community.

Fees and Rent

• Pet Fee: A one-time $350.00 non-refundable fee is required for each pet.
• Pet Rent: $55.00 per pet, per month will be added to your rent.

Breed and Weight Restrictions

• Breed Restrictions: German Shepherds, Pit Bull Terriers, Cane Corsos, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Akitas, Mastiffs, Great Danes, Doberman Pinschers, American Bulldog, Chow Chow, Malamute, Presa Canario, St. Bernard & Caged Animals.
• Acceptable species include fish, birds, rodents, and some reptiles. Pythons, boas, anacondas, and venomous reptiles are not permitted.
• Fish and reptiles must be limited to a single tank no larger than 20 gallons.
• Birds must be limited to a cage no larger than 36" x 24" x 36".
• Exotic species are not permitted.
• Weight Restrictions: There are no weight restrictions for pets.

Additional Requirements

1. Pets must be kept on a leash in all common areas.
2. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors.
3. All pets must be properly vaccinated and documentation must be provided during the screening process.
4. Pet behavior must be appropriate for community living. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or destruction of property may result in additional fees or removal of the pet from the premises.
